Team & Collaboration

Convultra makes it easy to bring your team into the platform. Invite colleagues, assign appropriate roles, and manage access across your projects.

Inviting team members

To invite someone to your project:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Account → Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (see below)
  5. Click Send Invitation

The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your project. If they do not already have a Convultra account, they will be prompted to create one.

Who can invite? Only users with the Owner or Admin role can invite and manage team members.

Roles and permissions

Each team member is assigned one of four roles. Choose the role that matches what the person needs to do:

OwnerFull access to everything, including deleting the project. There is one Owner per project (the person who created it).
AdminFull access to settings, integrations, team management, and all data. Cannot delete the project.
MemberCan view all data and edit conversion configurations, but cannot change settings, manage the team, or access billing.
ViewerRead-only access. Can see all dashboards and reports but cannot make any changes. Perfect for stakeholders and clients.

Choosing the right role

  • Media buyers and campaign managers — Member or Admin, depending on whether they need to adjust settings
  • Developers handling integration setup — Admin (they will need access to API keys and integration settings)
  • Executives or clients reviewing reports — Viewer
  • Agency account managers — Admin on client projects

Teams are per-project

Roles are assigned at the project level, not the account level. This means:

  • A person can be an Admin on one project and a Viewer on another
  • You can control access on a project-by-project basis
  • Team members only see the projects they have been invited to

This is especially useful for agencies managing multiple client projects, or companies with separate projects for different brands or regions.

Managing invitations

Resend an invitation

If someone did not receive or lost their invitation email, go to Account → Team, find the pending invitation, and click Resend. The invitation link will be refreshed and a new email sent.

Cancel an invitation

If you invited the wrong person or no longer want someone to join, click Cancel next to the pending invitation. The invitation link will be deactivated immediately.

Invitation expiration

Invitations expire after 7 days. If the invited person does not accept within that window, you will need to send a new invitation. Expired invitations are marked in the Team page for easy identification.

Tip: Let your team members know to check their spam folder if they do not see the invitation email within a few minutes.

Changing roles

To change someone's role after they have joined:

  1. Go to Account → Team
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click the role dropdown next to their name
  4. Select the new role

Role changes take effect immediately. Only Owners and Admins can change roles.

Removing team members

To remove someone from a project:

  1. Go to Account → Team
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click Remove
  4. Confirm the removal

The removed person will immediately lose access to the project. They will still have their Convultra account and access to any other projects they belong to.

Owners cannot be removed. If you need to transfer project ownership, contact [email protected].
