Overview Dashboard
The Overview dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in. It gives you a snapshot of how your tracking is performing across all your projects — conversions, revenue, recovery, and delivery — all in one place.
Complete Your Setup
When you first start using Convultra, a compact setup progress card appears at the top of the dashboard showing three steps:
- Install tracking code — Marked complete once the SDK is verified on your site
- Test a conversion — Marked complete after your first conversion is recorded
- Connect an integration — Marked complete when you link an ad platform
This card helps you track what is left to do. Once all steps are complete (or if you prefer), you can dismiss it permanently.
Key Metric Cards
At the top of the dashboard, you will see four summary cards:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Conversions | The number of conversions tracked in the selected time period. Includes a Recovered badge showing how many were saved from ad blockers, cookie loss, or iOS restrictions. |
| Total Revenue | The total monetary value of all conversions in your selected currency. |
| Recovery Rate | The percentage of conversions that would have been lost without Convultra's server-side tracking. |
| Delivery Rate | The percentage of conversions successfully delivered to your connected ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, etc.). |
The Recovered badge on Total Conversions is one of the most important numbers in your dashboard. It tells you exactly how many conversions your ad platforms would have missed without Convultra.
Recent Conversions Feed
Below the metric cards, you will see a live feed of your most recent conversions. Each entry shows the conversion type, value, source, and when it happened. This is useful for verifying that tracking is working correctly after setup or changes.
Project Switcher
If you manage multiple websites or projects, use the project switcher in the top navigation to move between them. The overview dashboard updates instantly to show metrics for the selected project.
You can also view an all projects roll-up that combines metrics across every project in your account.
Time Range Selector
Use the time range selector in the top-right corner to control which period the dashboard displays.
Choose from built-in options:
- Last 7 days — Good for checking recent performance
- Last 30 days — The default view, ideal for monthly reporting
- Last 90 days — Useful for spotting longer-term trends
Data Freshness
Dashboard data updates in near real-time with a typical delay of 1-2 minutes. You do not need to refresh the page — new conversions will appear automatically.
If you have just installed the Convultra SDK or made changes to your tracking setup, allow a few minutes for the first data points to appear. If nothing shows up after 10 minutes, check the Getting Started guide to verify your installation.
