Google Search Console Integration

Connect Convultra to Google Search Console to import your organic search data. See which keywords are driving traffic to your site, how your pages rank, and — when combined with Convultra's conversion data — which search queries actually lead to conversions.

Why connect Google Search Console?

  • See your organic keywords — Find out exactly which search queries bring people to your site.
  • Track search performance — Monitor clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and average position over time.
  • Connect keywords to conversions — Combine organic search data with Convultra's conversion tracking to understand which keywords drive revenue, not just traffic.

Requirements

  • A verified Google Search Console property for your website
  • The Google account used must have owner or full user access to the property
  • An active Convultra project

Setup Steps

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Dashboard → Integrations in Convultra. Find the Google Search Console card and click Connect.

Sign in with Google

A Google sign-in window will appear. Sign in with the account that has access to your Search Console property.

💡

This can be the same Google account you used for the Google Ads integration. You do not need a separate account.

Select Your GSC Property

After signing in, you will see a list of Search Console properties associated with your Google account. Select the property that matches your website.

If your site uses both http and https, or www and non-www versions, choose the domain property if available, as it covers all variations.

Data Starts Importing Automatically

Once connected, Convultra begins importing your search data automatically. There is nothing else to configure — the data will appear in your dashboard within a few hours.

What You Will See

After the integration is active, navigate to Dashboard → Organic Search to view your search data. The report includes:

MetricWhat it shows
Search QueriesThe keywords people used in Google to find your site.
ClicksHow many times someone clicked through to your site from a search result.
ImpressionsHow many times your site appeared in search results for a given query.
CTR (Click-Through Rate)The percentage of impressions that resulted in a click.
Average PositionYour average ranking position in Google search results for each query.

You can view this data at Dashboard → Organic Search. Use the time range selector and filters to focus on specific queries, pages, or date ranges.

Important: 3-Day Data Delay

⚠️

Google Search Console data has a 3-day delay. This is a Google limitation, not a Convultra limitation. The most recent data you will see is from approximately 3 days ago. This applies to all tools that use GSC data, not just Convultra.

For real-time conversion and traffic data, use the main Convultra dashboard. The Search Console integration is best used for understanding organic search trends over time rather than monitoring today's performance.

Good to Know

  • Data imports run automatically on a daily schedule. You do not need to trigger them manually.
  • If you add a new property to Google Search Console, you can connect it to Convultra at any time by returning to Dashboard → Integrations.
  • Unlike the ad platform integrations, Google Search Console is a read-only connection. Convultra imports data from GSC but does not send anything back.
