Client Management
The Client Management page is where you add, view, and manage the client accounts linked to your agency. You can see each client's status at a glance, access their settings, and securely log in as a client when you need to configure something or troubleshoot an issue.
How to get there
Navigate to Dashboard → Agency → Clients to see your client list.
Client List
The client list shows all accounts linked to your agency. Each row includes:

| Client Name | The name of the client account. |
| Status | Whether the client's tracking is active, paused, or has issues. |
| Conversions | Total conversions tracked in the current period. |
| Revenue | Total revenue tracked in the current period. |
| Last Activity | When the client's account last recorded a conversion or configuration change. |
| Actions | Quick actions including Login As, Settings, and Disconnect. |
Adding Clients
If your client already has a Convultra account:
Send a Link Request
Click Add Client and select Link Existing Account. Enter the email address associated with your client's Convultra account.
Client Approves the Request
Your client will receive an email asking them to approve the link. They must confirm before their account appears in your agency dashboard.
Client Appears in Your Dashboard
Once approved, the client account shows up in your client list with full management access.
The client must approve the linking request. This ensures clients always have control over who can access their account.
Client Impersonation
The Login As feature lets you securely access a client's account to configure settings, set up integrations, or troubleshoot issues — without needing the client's password.
How It Works
Click "Login As"
In the client list, find the client you need to access and click Login As in the Actions column.
You Are Now Viewing the Client's Account
The dashboard switches to show the client's data and settings. A prominent banner at the top of the screen confirms you are impersonating a client account.
Make Your Changes
Configure whatever you need — integrations, conversion mapping, settings, and so on. Everything you do is logged.
Exit Impersonation
Click Return to Agency Dashboard in the banner at the top of the screen to go back to your own agency view.
Security safeguards for impersonation sessions:
- Every action taken during an impersonation session is logged with your agency user ID and a timestamp.
- Sessions automatically time out after a period of inactivity.
- A clear visual indicator (banner) is always visible so you know when you are impersonating.
- Clients can see a log of impersonation sessions in their account's security settings.
Client Settings
Click on any client in the list to access their settings. From here you can:
- View and edit the client's project configuration
- Manage integration connections
- Check conversion delivery status
- Review access control and permissions
Changes made to a client's settings (whether through impersonation or from the client management page) are logged and visible to both the agency and the client.
Requirements
- An agency account type
- Clients must approve linking before their account appears in your dashboard
- Impersonation requires that the client account is actively linked (not disconnected)
