Agency Reporting
Agency reporting gives you a unified view of performance across all your client accounts. Instead of pulling numbers from each client individually, you can see aggregate metrics, compare clients side by side, and break down revenue and conversions by account.
How to get there
Navigate to Dashboard → Agency → Reports to access agency-level reporting.
Cross-Client Reports
The main agency report shows combined metrics across every linked client account.
Aggregate Metrics
At the top of the report, you will see totals for your entire client portfolio:

| Total Conversions | The combined number of conversions across all clients in the selected time period. |
| Total Revenue | The combined revenue tracked across all clients. |
| Average Recovery Rate | The average percentage of conversions recovered by Convultra across your clients. |
| Average Delivery Rate | The average percentage of conversions successfully delivered to ad platforms. |
Client Performance Comparison
Below the aggregate metrics, a table lists each client with their individual numbers. This makes it easy to compare performance and identify which clients may need attention.

| Client Name | The client account name. |
| Conversions | Total conversions for the selected period. |
| Revenue | Total revenue for the selected period. |
| Recovery Rate | Percentage of conversions recovered from ad blockers, cookie loss, and iOS restrictions. |
| Delivery Rate | Percentage of conversions successfully delivered to connected ad platforms. |
Use the time range selector at the top of the report to adjust the period. All metrics update to reflect the selected range.
Revenue Aggregation and Breakdown
The aggregate view shows your total tracked revenue across all clients, displayed as a single number and a trend chart over time. This is useful for understanding the overall value Convultra is delivering for your agency.
Conversion Summaries Per Client
Each client in the report includes a summary of their conversion activity:
- Conversion count for the selected period
- Breakdown by event type (purchases, leads, signups, custom events)
- Delivery status — how many conversions were successfully sent to ad platforms versus pending or failed
Click on any client row to drill down into their full conversion details.
Filtering and Exporting
- Filter by client — Select specific clients to include or exclude from the report.
- Filter by date range — Use the time range selector to focus on a specific period.
- Export — Download the report as a CSV for use in spreadsheets, client presentations, or your own reporting tools.
Requirements
Agency reporting requires:
- An agency account type
- At least one linked client with active tracking data
- Clients must have the Convultra SDK installed and sending conversions for their data to appear in reports
If a client has been linked but does not have any tracking data yet, they will appear in the client list but their metrics will show as zero.
